Hello,
My answer is in no way authoritative, but I think that, if you don't get
any answer, you may try to send, to this mailing list, a patch that
applies to [1].
If you still have no answer (which would amaze me), then I believe it
would be time to go where gnupg developers work [2], given you would
have a patch to link to and it would not take too much time.
That being said, I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
