regression: card-edit/fetch doesn't work

Hello,

While I update the documentation of Gnuk, I found that card-edit/fetch
doesn't work with GnuPG 2.1.

With 2.0, it works well.  I can export my public key by the command of
"gpg -a --export" to put the ascii armored key on the web site, and
let it serve request of card-edit/fetch.

In 2.0, it is done by helper program gpg2keys_curl, and it works.

In 2.1, it seems that it assumes a keyserver.
