Broken configure script on OS X for pinentry

Hello,

I noticed the following error messages while building pinentry on OS X
10.11.3.  Building continues and pinentry appears to work OK, but probably
there's something wrong with the configure script.  It appears to be
calling `no` as a command.  See paste below.
