I have a question in regards to GnuPG. In my inquiry I shall refer to 
the data being encrypted as the input, and result of the encrypted data 
being the output. And so I question if data encrypted to my public key 
has the same output each time when provided with the same input. If not 
is there any way the output can be proven to have been the result of a 
suspected input? Reason I am curious of such, is the theory of an 
adversary intercepting data encrypted to my public key. Then after such 
interception attempting to deduce the data destined for me by confirming 
if the intercepted output was a result of what they suspect to be the 
input.

If such correlation is possible, then my proposal would be to have 
included with the input before encryption a randomized string denoted by 
a tag interpretable to GnuPG which would then be excluded upon 
decryption.
