Context info for pinentry-mac

Hello!

We want to pass some sort of context to pinentry-mac, so it can display additional infos for the user.
Example:
If the users opens an email, pinentry-mac should show something like "Decrypting mail: Test mail" and small icon of the mail application, in addition to the default message and the pinentry icon.

How should/can we achieve this?
