[PINENTRY PATCH] gnome3: Test if Gcr System Prompter is available at startup.

Please start each sentence with a capital letter, end with a full stop.
Put a newline before a new (item).  Please don't indent the lines (I
know, emacs does that by itself, a little annoying, but my emacs-foo is
too low to fix that).
