In case this wasn't clear, i'm volunteering to maintain these systemd
integration pieces for GnuPG and systemd.  All i'm asking for is the
visibility of having these stored in the upstream git repo.

If it would make it more palatable for you to put it in a "contrib"
directory, that's fine with me.

It would make it simpler to respond to questions like the one asked
recently by Naftuli Kay <rfkrocktk at gmail.com> if i could point simply to
the upstream repo.
