[GPA] Translation patch question

Hi,
I contributed translation to GPA project in the past and now made update
again.

When I tried to send a message with a patch, "message too large" returned
to me from the list.
What is the right way to send a patch wich is 60k large?
Patch hold single file cs translation update for GPA.
