scdaemon (possible?) lockup

This doesn't kill scdaemon because scdaemon has a signal handler for
SIGTERM (If you really want to do this way, you need sending signal at
least two times to scdaemon).

Instead, please do this:

    $ gpgconf --reload scdaemon
