It does, thanks!  I've tested this and it works for gpg-agent running in
socket-activated mode under systemd supervision.

For debian folks following along, i've uploaded 2.1.15-4 to debian
unstable with a bunch of upstream patches, and with tuned/improved user
.service and .socket files for gpg-agent.  They're not enabled by
default, but instructions for setup can be found in
/usr/share/doc/gnupg-agent/README.Debian .  I welcome any tests and
reports of issues!
