There shouldn't be.  The Microsoft C ABI is well-known and GCC targets it
well.  See, e.g., http://www.mingw.org/wiki/msvc_and_mingw_dlls .

The same can be said about clang and icc.  In my (limited) experience, I've
been able to make all four of them interoperate nicely when targeting C.
