New theme for wiki.gnupg.org

Hi,

We've enabled a new (modern and responsive) theme for wiki.gnupg.org.
The theme is memodump [1] and is personally my favorite theme for moinmoin :-)

You can enable it in your user settings:
https://wiki.gnupg.org/Index?action=userprefs&sub=prefs

Under preferred theme. Change it to memodump to enable the new theme.

What do you think, should we make this theme default? Any suggestions for 
improvements?
