It is the same as --extra-socket but shows a different message in the
Pinentry.  The idea is to allow a browser to use gpg-agent.  This can be
accomplished by changing openpgp.js by diverting secret key operations
to gpg-agent via a not yet written Native-Messaging-to-Assuan connector
tool.
