[PATCH] gpg: fix aliases --list-key, --list-sig, and --check-sig.

I sent this to the list instead of pushing it directly because i'm not
confident that i fully understand all the implications of this switch
(or why these three things were _s_n instead of _c in the first place),
and i'm hoping to get some feedback from folks more comfortable with
GnuPG's ARGPARSE mechanics.
