libreoffice uses gpgme to sign

announces the ability to sign documents under GNU/Linux.

The notes link the following commit
which show some gpgme use.

That is probably is a result of the public tender 
(a contract awarded by the procurement department of the German
Ministry of the Interior, which is the Ministry that oversees the BSI.) :)
