[Question] How to submit translation patch?

Hi,

I'm in the process of fixing multiple errors in the French translation
of gpa, and would like to contribute my fixes to the project when I'm
done (that is, probably later today.

Is this the correct place to do so (ie, is there someone here with
commit access and the ability to review a French translation), or is
there somewhere else where I should submit my changes?
