[PATCH] Don't use /dev/srandom on OpenBSD (STABLE-BRANCH-1-4)

Hi,

Please see the patch attached.  Christian Weisgerber already patched
away that chunk in the gnupg1 OpenBSD port[1] that I maintain.  It would
be nice to have the change in the next 1.4.x release.

The NAME_OF_DEV_*RANDOM abstraction is not really useful after this
commit, but I preferred to keep this patch minimal.
