pinentry-tqt for the trinity desktop (former KDE3/Qt3 code)

Hi all,
I once asked if it would be possible to add code for pinentry-tqt. TQt is
for Trinity Qt3 which is part of the Trinity Desktop (TDE) project - the
former KDE3.
The Qt3 code was removed recently from gnupg, but the name remains the
same. We now have the problem, that it does not work anymore as it should
be.
I ported the code to TQt and it looks like working great.

It would be great if the pinentry-tqt code is part of the official code, so
that we can easily rebuild.

Damien already gave a positive sign for the integration.

I would be thankful for any comments and follow ups.
