Right, Windows works the same.  Except that we don't use a socket but a
plain file having the localhost TCP port number and a magic cookie.

gpgconf --list-dirs

shows the socket names also on Windows.



Die Gedanken sind frei.  Ausnahmen regelt ein Bundesgesetz.
