Built 2.5.6 using libgcrypt 1.11.1, but gpg output still says 1.11.0?

Thanks very much. I note that dev.gnupg.org is returning 403 Forbidden errors, whichever page I try to access. I'm pretty sure I have an account (having reported bugs before) but I don't even get a page to log in.
