[gpgmepy] swig 4.5 removes python2 support

Hi,

As swig 4.5 has removed python 2.x support, gpgmepy failed to test:

This is caused by all the references to PY_MAJOR_VERSION be removed also. swig 4.5 only support generating code for python >= 3.5 now.

May we should just remove all PY_MAJOR_VERSION in gpgme.i Any comments?
