The same rules as for dev.gnupg.org apply: We had to blacklist most
countries to avoid overloads by AI scrapers and even starnge SYN flood
attacks.  That is unfortunate but the current state of the internet for
non-huge sites.  :-(

The mailing lists have been moved to the deve.gnupg.org box because that
one already has a mail setup and sens lots of mails - thus the mailing
lists fit well here.
