[BUG] tpm2daemon: RSA 4096 decryption fails with "Provided object is too large" (regression from 2.4.9)

Hello, thank you for the quick patch.

I tested it on my environment and can confirm it fixes the issue. Both 
4095-bit and 4096-bit cases decrypt correctly now.
