I’ve been working on Windows ARM64 builds of GnuPG for my own use.
At the moment, I’m building with llvm-mingw-20260311-ucrt-ubuntu-22.04-aarch64.tar.xz, and I put my current work here: https://github.com/mfilippov/gnupg-windows-arm64
It is just my own build setup. I use artefacts from this repository on my Surface Pro in daily work, and it works well.
If you're interested in Windows ARM64 support, I’d be glad to help upstream or with official builds.
