w32: GPA use of libgpgme-glib

Hello,

I am going to remove libgpgme-glib in GPGME.  It seems that
the only use case for libgpgme-glib is GPA, and it is not
needed actually.

Attached is a patch for GPA to use libgpgme instead of libgpgme-glib.

If any problem, please let me know.  I don't have an environment of GTK
and Glib for Windows, I can't test GPA now.
