mailing list web archive broken for August 2026

We are working on it.  These are just the index files which are not
properly filled by the new Python-3 based Mailman-2.

Switching to another archiver is not easyly because it would require an
URL mapping from the old to the new URLs.  I considered this years ago
but after all the old system worked until up to the upstream decision to
drop support for Python-2.
