Dear all,

making the gph does not work, because:

...
make[2]: Entering directory `/powerhome/jan/project/gph/en'
db2any --mode html --usestyle ../common/gph-style.dsl manual.sgml
db2any: cannot access local stylesteet
...

I have not found common/gph-style.dsl.
Any hint?
