GPH polish translation

Hi there,
I'm writing on behalf of Free Software Foundation Poland division. We just started forming free software enthusiast group in Poland and we'd like to cover some missing translations. First we want to start with GNU Privacy Handbook. I was browsing GnuPG git repos trying to locate source of GPH but with no luck. Can I ask you for help? I would also like to know if it is possible to eventually publish our translation on gnupg.org website and in parallel we'd like to publish it on our website if possible.
