Hello list,

i would like to suggest a change in german i18n of GnuPG.

When you generate a new key with --gen-key you pass some steps including =
the=20
type of key, keylength and expiry. after that you confirm and then you ar=
e=20
asked for your real name.
the german translation provides an example regarding the real name, and t=
he=20
example shows a user name between quotes. this is confusing and leads peo=
ple=20
to type their name with quotes...
here is the german output of gpg:

[snip]
tr@o2:~> gpg --gen-key
=2E.. [cut some things]...
Sie ben=F6tigen eine User-ID, um Ihren Schl=FCssel eindeutig zu machen; d=
as

[snap]

notice the quotes at "Vorname Nachname".
original version of gpg only says:

[snip]
You need a User-ID to identify your key; the software constructs the user=
 id
from Real Name, Comment and Email Address in this form:
    "Heinrich Heine (Der Dichter) <heinrichh@duesseldorf.de>"

Real name:
[snap]

which looks more correct to me.

kind regards,
Thomas Reitelbach

ps: please include me in CC, i'm not a regular reader herein.
