Hello people!!

I am Brazilian and it would like to found a community of GNUPG here in
Brazil.

I would like to create a discussion list GNUPG-BR for the interested
Brazilians in the gnupg.

Which the responsible person for the site gnupg.org so that I can
request the creation of the discussion list and to put my name here for
contacts of Gnupg in Brazil?
