Vietnamese Translation of Gnupg2

Hi all,
I'm from MOST project (http://du-an-most.hanoilug.org/MostWiki). In this
project we make localization opensource software to Vietnamese.
I have translated gnupg2 via launchpad (
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnupg2) and now I
want to contribute to upstream this translation. I don't know how and where
to upload this gnupg2-vi.po. Is there anybody can help me?
