Czech translation for gnupg-2.1.0 is held in moderation queue

Oh dear - there is no active moderator and the backlog of unmoderated
mails is too long for the web interface.

Please send it again to translations at gnupg.org and I will see it.  For
the future I like to ask you to send only a link or a note that you sent
it to translations.
