I just resent this patch as a follow up to the “gnupg: Please translate
the package gnupg” call, to make it clear it was about the
STABLE-BRANCH-1-4 branch.

Werner, do you wish some more obvious comment (in the Git commit log for
example) to make it clearer what package/branch an update is targeted to?
