Alas, the file concerned (a posting I grabbed from rec.humor.funny...) has
no tab characters (at least, I couldn't spot any using cat). On deeper
inspection, the problem affects both clear-signing and armoured signing.
I have uploaded some files to my WWW site:
http://www.mithlond.demon.co.uk/pjb/gnupg/testkey2.asc
A public key.
http://www.mithlond.demon.co.uk/pjb/gnupg/test-cs.txt
A clear-signed file.
http://www.mithlond.demon.co.uk/pjb/gnupg/test-as.asc
An armoured signed file.
Can anyone determine why PGP6.x.x complains of a bad signature on these
files?
Phil.
