error in --help

GnuPG 0.9.8 displays the supported algorithms wrongly. Look at this output:

holger:~$ grep load-extension .gnupg/options
load-extension tiger
load-extension skipjack
load-extension rsa
load-extension idea
holger:~$ gnupg --help | head -11
gpg (GnuPG) 0.9.8
Copyright (C) 1999 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

Supported algorithms:
Cipher: 3DES, CAST5, BLOWFISH, TWOFISH
Pubkey: ELG-E, DSA, ELG
Hash: MD5, SHA1, RIPEMD160

But in fact GnuPG loads those modules really into memory and uses them.
It's just that the helptext get's displayed before the options file
get executed. Therefore the output of suggested algorithms is static.
