There are no (valid) user IDs associated with the key. GnuPG requires at least one user ID for a key.

The usual reason for a non-valid user ID is that the user ID has not been signed by the holder of the key (aka self-signature). The latest release has a workaround to allow at least the import of such a key: use the option --allow-non-selfsigned-uid -- Werner Koch at guug.de www.gnupg.org keyid 621CC013
