=46rom the sound of this, you seem to have removed the Debian package. If you like, you can install dists/unstable/non-US/main/binary-i386/gnupg_1.0.0-1.deb (from any mirror carrying the non-us archive.)

Having both exmh 1:2.0.2-7 and gnupg 1.0.0-1 packages installed, I grepped for both gpg and gnupg in /etc/mailcap, but found none. (Nor pgp.) I also read through the preinst postinst prerm and postrm scripts for both packages and saw nothing relevant to mailcap. Are you sure it was a mailcap-based solution initially? Neither of the current (potato) packages seem to support that notion, but your versions may differ from mine. If you receive a good mailcap entry off-list, I would be interested as well. =20

The button implies it was exmh-specific. Did you upgrade the exmh package around the time the feature stopped? (Perhaps exmh does check for an appropriate mailcap entry, I am not familiar with the source.) --=20 Please encrypt all mail whenever possible.
