As I said, that's an "if." If I am unable to use the GPH as an apendix in
my book, I will instead concentrate on a GnuPG usage guide for
inclusion in the book.

That's really up to my publisher. I have no plans to do so at this
time. Though you'll be able to buy it from Amazon. ;)
