Compiling GnuPG/gpg 1.0.2 on AIX 4.3 PowerPC w/GCC 2.95.1

I run configure like this:

CFLAGS="-g -O2 -mcpu=powerpc" ./configure --disable-asm --with-included-zlib 
--enable-static-rnd=unix

Then I run make.  It looks like it works most of the way, but then I get 
this:
