the mailing list archives suggest that people have tried to build
gnupg for the mac in the past w/o much success.  the platform is also
not mentioned at:

  http://www.gnupg.org/

under "supported systems"

so, there may be nothing that's ready at this time.

i wonder if someone is working on it...
