Decrypting and leaving signatures intact

PGP 2.6.x has got an option (`-d') which causes it to leave the inner
signature of a PGP packet intact when decrypting it.  Is this possible
with GnuPG as well?  Is it possible to reencrypt the resulting file
for a different recipient, so that he can verify the signature in the
same way as if no reencryption had taken place?
