Invalid public key?

Hello!

I'm using GnuPG 1.0.4. One of *my* public keys is labeled like this:

[askwar@teich ~]$ LANGUAGE=C LC_MESSAGES=C LANG=C gpg --list-keys 4E35467E
gpg: Warning: using insecure memory!
pub 2048G/4E35467E 1999-11-19 [invalid] Alexander Skwar (ElGamal) <ASkwar@DigitalProjects.com>

gpg: skipping pubkey 1: already loaded
gpg: skipping pubkey 2: already loaded
gpg: skipping pubkey 3: already loaded

What does this [invalid] mean? And what do these 3 "skipping pubkey"
messages mean?
