I am not sure that I am comfortable with that, because the data is sensitive and I don't know what data could be in the first 500 bytes. It could be anything from the pass phrase to a partial directory, to actual data (I'd hate for a dozen credit card numbers to appear in the first 500 bytes in some way). I cannot get the problem to occur consistantly. It seems to fail at random. Right now I am trying to get it to fail on a small file, so that I can then post the file and the passphrase for that file. I'll keep trying to get something going. -- "I'm walking home from school, and I'm watching Jack McKinney some men building a new house, and the guy jackmc@lorentz.com hammering on the roof calls me a paranoid little http://www.lorentz.c= om weirdo.... in Morse code." 1024D/D68F2C07 4096g= /38AEF076 -Emo Philips --u3/rZRmxL6MmkK24 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAjoj6pgACgkQimeon9aPLAcZvgCg5TN1E7ARKBq/OzP2EmxfD9jM aw0An3Ks3TDkSK4VVg9YD3xEg5enayEY =nRN3 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --u3/rZRmxL6MmkK24-- -- Archive is at http://lists.gnupg.org - Unsubscribe by sending mail with a subject of "unsubscribe" to gnupg-users-request@gnupg.org
