You could use the de-facto standard HKP (pgp.net) instead of LADP but
it has not yet ported to Windows. I will do that when I find some
spare time. LDAP support is being worked on.

The problem is that IDEA (which is needed for encryption) is not
implemented for patent reason. But IDEA is only needed if one side
still uses PGP 2.
