Compiling gpg for HPUX -- __udiv_qrnnd unsatisfied

this should read something like

  hppa1.0-hp-hpux10.20
  
if configure does not get it right, use

 ./configure --target=hppa1.0-hp-hpux10.20

cipher/config.links will then use the right module.  Make sure that
you specify the correct CPU type.
