It's used as part of the pgp_encrypt_only_command and
pgp_encrypt_sign_command variables.  See contrib/gpg.rc in the mutt
source code distribution.  Generally, sourcing this file from your
muttrc makes everything work.

Pgpewrap must be in your shell's path, but mutt's installer puts it the
same place it puts mutt, so that should be OK.
