don't know how to subscribe, try the usual things.  The one drawback
with that list is that you get a lot of spam because John Gilmore
operates a open relay and you have to add 
rbl_hosts = !140.174.2.1/32 : *
this to your exim.conf if your are using Exim and an ORBS.
