I use ancient Win 95 and have set the value of
\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GNU\GnuPG\gpgProgram
to the path of gpg.exe - which is in my case "C:\gnupg\GPG.exe"

and another entry
\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GNU\GnuPG\HomeDir
with the path to my home directory i.e. the place where I've
stored the files

options
pubring.gpg
random_seed
secring.gpg
trustdb.gpg

e.g. "c:\ompletly\different\directory\GnuPG"

BTW: don't enter the quotation marks (= " ")

BTW1: For internationalization support (= language) you have
to use slashes instead of backslashes as described in
Readme.w32.gnupg.txt

Good luck,
Peter
