Another one I've noticed on win2k systems is that even thought I have
the disk counters enabled, I still get this warning message when
generating a key:

gpg: NOTE: you should run 'diskperf -y' to enable the disk statistics

The accoung GPG runs under is a local admin, so it should have
permissions to read any performance counters.
