there was once a signature path server, which would act as a normal keyserver,
and try to find a path from any given key to another, but it has long since
gone away, and will probably not be back. I think it would be an interesting
project for someone who had a lot of extra server resources to implement. I
can imagine such a server would get a significant amount of traffic though.
